2. Visiting this website (server logs)

When you visit this website, our server processes technically necessary data such as the address requested, the date and time, and the delivery status. This data is required to deliver the page and to ensure secure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in trouble-free operation).

3. No analytics or advertising cookies

This website uses no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party content is loaded — no external fonts, no map services, no social media plugins. A cookie is set only in the protected administration area, so that signed-in users stay signed in.

4. Contact form

When you write to us using the contact form, we process the data you provide (company, name, email address, telephone number, subject and message) as well as your IP address, in order to answer your enquiry and to prevent misuse of the form. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your enquiry is stored in our database and deleted once it has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

5. Spam protection

To protect the contact form we use a self-hosted computational puzzle (proof of work). Your browser solves a small arithmetic task. No data is transmitted to third parties, no cookies are set and no usage behaviour is evaluated.

6. Hosting

This website is operated on a server in the European Union. The hosting provider processes data exclusively on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as a right to object under Art. 21 GDPR. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@nasiri-trading.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany.
